Tar & Gravel Roof Replacement – We remove your old tar and gravel roof and replace it with a new TPO roof system. Flat roofs require a material that can withstand ponding water, thermal expansion and contraction, and years of abuse from the sun. We’ll install your new TPO roof replacement system, manufactured to suit your roof’s slope, drainage, and budget. The majority of flat roof replacements include correcting roof slope problems, adding more insulation, and installing new flashing around skylights, roof vents, and HVAC units.
Foam Roof Replacement – We remove your old foam roof and replace it with brand new TPO Roof System. Foam roofs have incredible life expectancy when maintained properly. However, once the foam roof coating starts failing and moisture penetrates the foam, it no longer makes sense to continue with repairs.
